29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: At the storage/production area of the main office building, employees engaged in landscaping services activities are exposed to corrosive chemical hazards and no eyewash station is made available. Employee(s) utilizes chemicals such as but not limited to: Horsepower Selective herbicide and Aquatrols Dispatch Sprayable which are corrosives and can cause serious eye damage. Employee(s) are not provided suitable facilities for flushing of the eyes in case of accidental eye contact with corrosive chemicals.
