29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) New residential construction Lot #115 4106 Holstein Hi Columbus GA 31904, roof:  On or about June 3, 2025, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of  10ft 5in from the eave to the ground below while installing siding. Employer failed to ensure that a fall protection system was utilized by employees engaged in working from heights above 6ft to the lower ground level.
