29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about 06/26/2025, in the Materials Testing Lab; where employees were exposed to Evercycle 645 (sodium tripolyphosphate) which causes "severe skin burns and eye damage", facilities for quick drenching/flushing of the eyes/body were not available for immediate use. The nearest eye wash was approximately 75 feet away - through two rooms and through a door into a bathroom. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
