29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) 2120 Suncrest Point; Lot 70: On or about July 2, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that fall protection was not provided while employees were working at a height over 12 feet to ground level while performing framing activities.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) 2120 Suncrest Point; Lot 70: On or about July 2, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that portable ladders were only extended one foot above the upper landing surface while employees were accessing elevated areas to perform framing activities.
