29 CFR 1910.269(c)(1)(i): In assigning an employee or a group of employees to perform a job, the employer did not provide the employee in charge of the job with all the available information that relates to the determination of existing characteristics and conditions: On or about July 5, 2025, on the northwest side of the jobsite, employees performed electrical work without having information related specifically to the condition of the pole, environmental conditions and hazardous induced voltages available to them.
