29 CFR  1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:  a) Building 3, Saw line: On or about July 9, 2025, employees were exposed to caught in hazards due to the guard on a chain and sprocket that was worn through.  b) Building 2, Trim Saw Conveyor: On or about July 9, 2025, employees were exposed to caught in hazards due to an unguarded chain and sprocket on the conveyer system next to the operator's station.  Corrected during inspection.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:   a) Building 3, saw line: On or about July 9, 2025, employees were exposed to shock hazards due to materials being stored directly in front of a 480 volt electrical service panel.  b)Building 3, saw line: On or about July 9, 2025, employees were exposed to shock hazards due to items stored on top of a live electrical panel.  c) Building 2, board line: On or about July 9, 2025, employees were exposed to shock hazards due to portable conveyer system being stored directly in front of a 240 volt electrical service panel.  d) Middlecreek Plant: On or about July 25, 2025, employees were exposed to shock hazards due to the Cantex pop-up saw and the chamfer machine being installed directly in front of their electrical service panel disconnects.  Corrected during inspection.
