29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: Muhlenberg College, 2346-2508 W Chew St, Allentown, PA 18104: Seegers Union, on or about June 26, 2025, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of greater than 6 feet to the ground while installing vapor barrier on the roof of the front portion of the building. A complete fall arrest system was not utilized or were there other means of fall protection in use.
