29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary:  a) 4400 Chambers Hill Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111: On or about July 22, 2025, employees performing painting tasks in the car and truck paint booths were required to wear powered air-purifying respirators (PAPR) and did not receive annual respirator training.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
