Hospitality Restaurant Group, DBA, Hospitality Syracuse Inc., Taco Bell, was previously cited for a similar violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1539664, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on  1/6/2022, with respect to the workplace located at 9 River Street, Cortland, New York 13045.
