29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  (a) 329 East Inlet Road, Ocean City, NJ 08226: Employee engaged in siding installation and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, roughly 12 feet to the ground surface below, when working on a pumpjack scaffold near the second floor level on the side of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 07/25/2025.
