29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 4405 Central Ave, Ocean City, NJ: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty five feet to the ground below. An employee was off loading materials from a JLG Telehandler SN MN-245550 on the front of a second story residential building and was not wearing personal fall protection or protected by any other means. Observed on or about 07/25/25  b) 4405 Central Ave, Ocean City, NJ: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty five feet to the ground below. An employee was working on the back of the residence's second floor balcony and was not wearing personal fall protection or protected by a rail system. Observed on or about 07/25/25  Best Solutions Contractor Corp.; WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1810299 CITATION NUMBER -1 ITEM NUMBER - 1, ISSUED ON 04/11/2025. NOTE: FINAL ORDER DATE - 06/29/2025.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
