The employer did not provide copies of the injury and illness records such as OSHA 300 logs and 300-A summaries to an authorized government representative for calendar years 2025-2022 within four business hours. NOTE 1: The Home Depot -Store 8201 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1717170, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07-02-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1-2 Donoe Road 4000, St. Thomas, VI 00802. NOTE 2: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.

NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
