29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 23 Joshua Ave. Long Beach, NJ: Three Individuals were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty two feet to the ground below.  Two employees were performing  sheathing duties, on the flat roof while standing on the corner of the building. Another employee would walk back and fourth to the corner to deliver material as needed. All three were not protected by personal fall equipment or barrier/rails system. Observed on or about 08/19/25  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
