29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   a)  Power Magnetics Inc. - Prep Area:  The ingoing nip points between the sanding belt and the shaft on the side of the JET belt sander machine model # JSG-6, S/N 708556 were unguarded, observed on 08/20/2025.  b)  Power Magnetics Inc. - Prep Area:  The portion of the blade above the point of operation was unguarded on the Rollinsaw band saw  Model # EF1459, observed on 08/20/2025.  c)  Power Magnetics Inc. - Prep Area:  The adjustable cutoff guard was missing on the Original Chop saw, observed on 08/20/2025.
