At a residential worksite located at 15205 Hills Rd, Kearney MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties using pneumatic nail guns, hammers and other various small hand tools were not wearing/using any eye protection. This exposed employees to getting shrapnel and/or debris in their eyes causing injury. This was documented on or about 08/19/2025.
