29 CFR  1926.25(a):During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  (a) On August 29, 2025, employees performed framing activities on a home which had scattered scrap lumber and framing materials in passageways and work areas.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On August 29, 2025, employees performed framing activities and were exposed to falls up to 25 feet.  Mirzon Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1506825, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/21/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 188 S Umbria Hills Ave, Meridian, ID 83642.
