NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) On or about 09/04/2025, at a residential apartment roofing project located at 153 Hopkins Rd in Buffalo, New York; employees were installing roofing material on a low-slope section of roof at the front of the building. Employees were not utilizing fall protection. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED WNY Pro Home Improvements LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1503364 citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/14/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 232 Richmond Ave in Buffalo, NY.
