29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that loads on powered industrial vehicles were stable or safely arranged:  a) Hydraulic Fine Blanking Press Department - On or about September 3, 2025, the employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled by powered industrial vehicles. The end of the metal sheet was tied to the forks of the forklift with yellow ropes and pulled out of the machine.   No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
