29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a): Exterior Roof - South Side- One employee working on the roof 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by any method of fall protection. The employee was outside the warning line system and was exposed to fall hazards while kneeling over the edge of the roof, on or about September 15, 2025. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item. (b): Exterior Roof - North Side - Employees working on the roof 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by any method of fall protection. Warning line system was not installed around the entire perimeter, on or about September 15, 2025. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item. (c): Exterior Roof East Side - Building B - Employees working on the roof 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by any method of fall protection. Building section did not contain a warning line system, on or about September 15, 2025. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
