29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about September 16, 2025, at a residential construction site the employer failed to ensure that employees were using a fall protection system at heights greater than six feet.  Ridgeline Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 1775342, citation number 1 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 29, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 441 Ridge Drive, Justin, TX 76247, issued on September 11, 2024.  Ridgeline Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 1516636, citation number 1 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 12, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3743 Homestead Ridge Lane Richmond, TX 77406, issued on February 11, 2021.  Ridgeline Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 1500848, citation number 1 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 10, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 15016 Ginger Valley, Conroe, TX 77302 issued on November 4, 2020.  Ridgeline Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 1500190, citation number 1 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 504 Bristol Tide Court, issued on October 26, 2020.
