29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and cables may not be used: Where run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors;  On or about September 25, 2025, in the northwest branch manager's office, an energized power cord was running through a hole drilled in the wall between a storage closet and the office, exposing employees to electrical hazards associated with an unsafe use of the cord.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
