29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  JFK Airport Terminal 6 construction project: South Front Gate Vestibule   a) Employees engaged in structural steel unloading and rigging operations were exposed to struck by /caught in between hazards.  The employer did not provide hazard recognition training to employees; on or about October 31, 2025.   Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
