29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a working/walking surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet ( 1.8m ) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) On October 30, 2025, at or near Climax Bridge on County Road 7, Climax, MN, an employee was exposed to a fall of over six (6) feet when deconstructing a bridge over the Red River when no fall protection was used when working.
