29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(iii):Special handtools for placing and removing material were not such as to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone. Such tools shall not be in lieu of other guarding required by this section, but can only be used to supplement protection provided.  At 5711 W Park Ave, St Louis, MO, 63110, Employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while unloading racks of parts from an oven onto a charge car after heating due to the use of handtools which were not adequate to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone.
