OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.   A) On or about November 24, 2025, in front of the main office building, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while standing in front of a motor vehicle that was running. Employees were attempting to physically push the running vehicle when it lurched forward pinning an employee between the vehicle and an exterior wall of the building.  B) On or about January 15, 2026, inside the maintenance bay, an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards while standing behind a motor vehicle that was being backed in by a tow-truck. The employee was attempting to guide the tow-truck as it maneuvered when it pinned the employee between a table and the vehicle being backed in by the tow-truck.
