29 CFR  1910.22(a)(2): 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the  floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided.  (a) In the Freight Dock area at 3717 E Lake Ave, Tampa, FL 33610. On or about 12/2/25: employees were exposed to a slip, struck-by and crush-by hazard while operating forklifts in that the ramp leading from the lot to the distribution area had become worn smooth, and pigeon guano had not been cleared from its surface. When the ramp became wet, it became slick, creating a hazardous condition for employees operating forklifts and traveling through the area.
