29 CFR  1910.147(f)(1)(ii):Employees were not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section during testing or positioning of machines, equipment or components thereof:  On or about November 25, 2025 the employer did not ensure that technicians engaged in servicing work on a vehicle were removed from the equipment during testing or positioning tasks. An employee was within a hazardous area of moving belts of the vehicle while another employee energized the equipment (vehicle) by starting it at the ignition.
