29 CFR  1910.178(m)(3) Unauthorized personnel shall not be permitted to ride on powered industrial trucks. A safe place to ride shall be provided where riding of trucks is authorized.  a-Warehouse, 41 Ramapo Valley Road, Ramapo NJ: An employee was injured while riding atop a powered industrial forklift  when the rider fell from the forklift  fracturing the right ankle and requiring treatment at the scene and subsequent transport to the hospital via ambulance for further treatment. Condition on or about 11/06/2025
