29 CFR  1926.754(a): Structural stability was not maintained at all times during the erection process.  a. On or about December 15, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting steel erection operations were exposed to struck by hazards when a steel lintel fell approximately ten (10') feet six (6") inches to the ground striking an employee.  The employer failed to ensure that the structural steel was stable during the plumbing operation.
