On or about December 17, 2025, the employer permitted workers to operate the Rockwell Pedestal Mounted Grinder when the distance between the work rest and the abrasive wheel periphery measured greater than one-eights inch.

On or about December 17, 2025,  the employer permitted workers to operate a Rockwell Pedestal Mounted Grinder when the distance between the abrasive wheel and the tongue guard measured one inch.
