29 CFR  1926.152(g)(4):The dispensing nozzle was not an approved automatic-closing type without a latch-open device:  A) Lay down area for sub-contractors located across from Bldg. 5181 USS James Monroe Ave Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base: On or about 12/17/25, the employer exposed employees to a chemical  hazard, in that the fueling nozzles had latch-open devices for two above ground  tanks for diesel and gasoline.

29 CFR  1926.1437(h)(6):The employer did not ensure that the information required in 1926.1437(h)(2), (h)(4), and (h)(5) for monthly, annual, and four-year barge crane inspections was documented and maintained in accordance with 1926.1412(e)(3) and (f)(7).  A) Barge with a crane in the water across from  Bldg. 5181 USS James Monroe Ave Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base: On or about 12/17/25, the employer exposed employees to a safety hazard, in that a monthly inspection was not performed on a barge that had unsecured deck loads and could take on water.
