29 CFR 1910.266(h)(1)(iv): Employee(s) approached a feller closer than two tree lengths of trees being felled without the feller acknowledging that it was safe to do so: a. Coordinates 48.47724-114.25461 FH Stoltz Land Lumber, Columbia Falls, MT 59912: On or about December 18, 2025 and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure that employees did not approach a feller during tree cutting operations. This condition exposed employees to struck by hazards while walking and working in a radius within two tree lengths of active felling of trees.
