29 CFR  1928.57(a)(6)(iii):Instruction was not provided to stop engine, disconnect the power source, and wait for all machine movement to stop before servicing, adjusting, cleaning, or unclogging the equipment.  a) On or about November 7, 2025 the Continental lint cleaning machine located in the Gin/ Mote building running,  was not powered down, disconnected from the power source while an employee was unclogging the equipment.
