29 CFR  1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location:   a) Building #4, Wood, Milling and Grinding ground floor: On December 15, 2025, and at times prior to; the Intermatic Extra-Duty electrical enclosure for the JetBlack Safety System was not dust tight, intrinsically safe, or approved for combustible atmospheres, exposing employees to flash fires, and/or explosions from accumulations of wood-plastic composite dust in a Class II, Division I location.   b) Building #4, Wood, Milling and Grinding ground floor: On December 15, 2025, and at times prior to; the Jet Black Safety System was installed and used in a Class II, Div I area, but it is not approved for use in combustible atmospheres.   c) Building #4, Wood, Milling and Grinding ground floor: On December 15, 2025, and at times prior to; the clear ExtraDuty electrical enclosure is designed for weather protection and is not dust tight or intrinsically safe; exposing employees to the hazards of flash fires, and/or explosions from accumulations of wood-plastic composite dust in a Class II, Division I location.   Note* Abatement certification and documentation are required.
