29 CFR  1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:  (a)Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company - Midwest, LLC. at 2801 North Jaycee Lane, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to January 6, 2026 the employer did not ensure employees were protected from exposure to live electrical conductors when performing work in the administrative offices in that an wall electrical outlet was not provided with an approved cover. This condition exposed employees to live electrical conductors.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(a):  (a)Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company - Midwest, LLC. at 2801 North Jaycee Lane, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to January 6, 2026 the employer did not ensure employees were protected from electrical hazards in that a flexible cord was secured to the building structure, electrical conduit, to provide power to a chest freezer/fridge. Flexible cords and/or cables may not be used as a substitute for fixed wiring of a structure or attached to buildings surfaces. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
