At a temporary worksite, located at the east side of 11938 Generation Ave Lot 286 On or about January 7, 2026, the employer exposed employees to eye-injury struck-by hazards, in that protective eyewear was not utilized by employees while using metal hammers and nail guns for siding work.

This provision does not preclude the use of common support members, such as "T" sections, to support abutting planks, or hook on platforms designed to rest on common supports. a. At a temporary worksite, located at the east side of 11938 Generation Ave Lot 286 On or about January 7, 2026, the employer was exposing employees to a 10-11 foot fall hazard, in that the employees worked from a scaffold plank that was abutted to another plank and one end did not rest on a ladder jack support of the ladder jack scaffold system.
