29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": Cutting Room: The front side hinged exit door was not marked by a sign reading "Exit" and was not clearly visible as the area in front of and surrounding the exit door was cluttered with items in storage such as boxes, saw blades, buckets, a coat hanging on the door, and various materials. Extension cords that energized portable lighting were hanging in front of the exit door impeding the means of egress.

29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent: Polishing (Finishing) Room: Employer did not develop and implement a Hearing Conservation Program as required by this section for employees who were engaging in polishing and cutting operations and were exposed to noise in excess of the OSHA action level (AL) of 85 decibels. One employee who was sampled for 451 minutes was exposed to noise at 87.3 decibels (dBA) equivalent 8-hour time weighted average. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining shift.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Production Shop: Employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program as required by this section that included labeling, all safety data sheets, and employee training for employees who use various hazardous stone fabrication products such as acetone, Tenax Ager (primer for natural stone), Tenax TeWax, Tenax rust remover, Tenax Stain Rescue Remover, Akemi stain repellant, Phosphoric Acid Cleaner, Infinity Hi Performance Activator Spray, Tenax Hydrex polished stone sealer, and Ager Tiger hydro-oil repellant, adhesives such as Tenax Mastic (adhesive), and lubricating oil for fabricating and installing natural and engineered stone products such as countertops, vanities, jacuzzi, and fireplaces.
