Employees engaged in cleaning, laundry and housekeeping activities were exposed to health hazards in that the employer did not ensure that safety data sheets (SDS) were readily accessible to the employees. SDS binder was locked inside the Housekeeping Manager Office. Hazardous chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to Ecolab 6100036 High Performance Neutral Floor Cleaner, Ecolab 6102257 Rapid Multi Surface Disinfectant Cleaner, Ecolab 6102106 No-Rinse Alkaline Floor Cleaner, Ecolab 6101041 73 Disinfecting Acid Bathroom Cleaner, and Ecolab 6101975 Oasis Laundry Fresh Room Refresher.
