29 CFR  1910.176(a):  Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances was not allowed for aisles, and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked.   a.) Near Packing Room - On or about January 15, 2026, the employer did not ensure that pedestrian passageways had sufficient safe clearance where mechanical handling equipment is used, thereby exposing employees struck-by hazards.
