Two, 32 fluid once eyewash bottles were present on the wall in the Leech Room next to a sink, however, the eyewash bottles and sink would not have been capable of delivering a minimum of 1.5 liters per minute (0.4 gallons per minute) of flushing fluids, as described in ANSI Z358.1. b) 551 Old Swede Rd, Douglassville, PA 19518 - Leech Room: On or about January 15, 2026, employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials including, but not limited to, hydrochloric acid and suitable facilities for the quick drenching or flushing of the body was not provided.
