In the shop- On or about December 4, 2025, the employer did not contact OSHA within 24 hours, when an employee, sustained a work-related injury to the right leg caused by the discharge of a nail into their right leg by a Paslode Strip nailer, model #PF350 which resulted an in-patient hospitalization.
