29 CFR  1910.307(c)(3): The equipment used in the hazardous(classified) location was not of the type and design that would provide protection from the hazards arising from the combustibility and flammability of vapors, liquids, gases, dusts, or other fibers involved.     Employees are exposed to deflagration hazards in that the Dayton fan, Model 2ATW3, is not Class 2 Division 2 rated for the top of the flour bin area where the company has identified that they have had reoccurring flour bin overflows.
