29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition   a.) Windward Outdoor, LLC, 286 Meter St., Punxsutawney, PA 15767, Paint Department, on or about 1/19/2026, and times prior thereto: Employees were exposed to hazards associated with a 4-inch by 3.5-inch by 3/4 inch hole in the floor in the paint department.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
