29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. (a) On or about January 30, 2026, an emergency eyewash station was not provided near the detergent and sanitizer area, preventing immediate drenching/flushing of the eyes and skin during cleaning operations and exposing employees to chemical burn hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5). (a) On or about January 30, 2026, the employer did not provide information and training on the hazards associated with the chemicals used as a part of daily job duties, including but is not limited to: KAYQUAT II, thereby exposing employees to a health hazard.
