29 CFR 1926.152(b)(1): More than 25 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids were stored in a room outside of an approved storage cabinet: Note:  See 1926.153 for storage of liquefied petroleum gas.  a) On or about January 30, 2026, at the above addressed jobsite, approximately 425 gallons of flammable liquids were stored outside of an approved storage cabinet, thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with flammable or combustible liquids.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) On or about January 30, 2026, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1) that would describe or include at least the following:  1) A complete list of hazardous chemicals known to be in the workplace.  Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals including Sherwin-Williams Reducer No. 15, Macropoxy 646 Parts A and Hardener B, Kem Cati-Coat HS Epoxy Filler Sealer Parts A and B, and R7KL111 Thinner, which are classified as flammable, toxic, corrosive, carcinogenic, and harmful to organs and reproduction.
