Model G0495X 8" x 83" Jointer with Digital Height Readout, Serial #B06/328, from hand entanglement and entrapment hazards by ensuring that they remove any wearable items such as gloves. An employee wore gloves while operating the jointer and sustained a three-finger amputation when a glove contacted the cutterhead.
