29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  a) On or about January 29, 2026 at jobsite 3500 Davie Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, the employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met for employees exposed to hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, silver solder and copper fumes during brazing operations conducted by other employers at the site.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  a) On or about January 29, 2026 at jobsite 3500 Davie Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, the employer did not train employees on the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used for employees exposed to hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, silver solder and copper fumes during brazing operations conducted by other employers at the site.
