29 CFR 1926.35(a): Where required by a particular OSHA standard, a written emergency action plan was not provided to cover those designated actions employers and employees must take to ensure employee safety from fire and other emergencies.  Worksite: On or about 2/5/2026, the employer did not have a site-specific emergency action plan available at the worksite that discussed emergency escape procedures and emergency escape route assignments, procedures to account for all employees after emergency evacuation has been completed, rescue and medical duties for those employees who are to perform them, and names or regular job titles of persons or departments who can be contacted for further information or explanation of duties under the plan.
