29 CFR  1926.55(a)(2): An employee(s) was exposed to substance(s) with a permissible exposure limit not preceded by (C) at concentrations above that specified in Table 1 of §1926.55 for that substance(s):  1) On or about February 3, 2026, at the construction site of the expansion project, an operator of a scissors lift assisting in the shotcrete operations was exposed to carbon monoxide at a level of 117.1 ppm on an 8 hour Time Weighted Average, approximately 2.34 times the OSHA PEL of 50 PPM. This exposure was determined by Carboxyhemoglobin calculations.  2) On or about February 3, 2026, at the construction site of the expansion project, a laborer assisting in the shotcrete operations was exposed to carbon monoxide at a level of 99.5 ppm on an 8 hour Time Weighted Average, approximately 1.99 times the OSHA PEL of 50 PPM. This exposure was determined by Carboxyhemoglobin calculations.  3) On or about February 3, 2026, at the construction site of the expansion project, a shotcrete operator working from a scissors lift was exposed to carbon monoxide at a level of 141.2 ppm on an 8 hour Time Weighted Average, approximately 2.82 times the OSHA PEL of 50 PPM. This exposure was determined by Carboxyhemoglobin calculations.  4) On or about February 3, 2026, at the construction site of the expansion project, an operator of a scissors lift assisting in the shotcrete operations was exposed to carbon monoxide at a level of 120.7 ppm on an 8 hour Time Weighted Average, approximately 2.4 times the OSHA PEL of 50 PPM. This exposure was determined by Carboxyhemoglobin calculations.
