Employees working with hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Alodine 1500, Alodine 1200S, Nickel Acetate Tetrahydrate, Nitric Acid, Sodium Bichromate, and Sulfuric Acid were potentially exposed to chemical inhalation hazards and/or severe lung damage.
